What isn’t included in the tailgate trailer rental?

You will need to provide your own food and drinks. Depending on the event, parking fees may also need to be purchased. Oh and don’t forget to bring a smile! (Although we provide a few of those!)

My situation is a bit different, are you flexible with the rental times?

Definitely! Give us a call to discuss your needs and we will come up with a way to make it work. Our goal is for you and your party to have a great experience.

Will you help to setup the trailer?

We will setup everything for you and walk you through it before we get the party rolling. We also have great laminated instructions in case you forget how something works.

How far out in advance do we need to book?

Our sporting events typically fill up rather fast. Once you have a date in mind, give us a call and we can get it on the calendar. We have the only 70-inch TV, so it tends to go quickly!

I’m ready to book! How do I get started?

We require a 50% deposit to lock away your next party. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. A full refund is available if you cancel no less than 14 days before the reserved date.

Do you offer any other services?

You bet! For an additional fee we can work the gill, provide catering, custom vinyl banners… Bring us your ideas and we can work it out.
